We hope you will enjoy items you order from us, but sometimes your order may not be what you expected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, must be unused, and in its original packaging, your soap bottle can not show any signs of usage due to hygiene reasons and needs to reach us in fully saleable condition.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will not accept returns after 14 business days. When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The time for processing a return may take up to 5-7 working days.
It is the customers obligation to make sure to pick up the package on time so that it is not returned to us. If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point the parcel will be returned to us and a refund of the order will be made and a fee of 10 EUR is deducted from the refund amount. Returned parcels will not be re-shipped.
Cancelling an order
Orders of goods may be cancelled if the products ordered have not yet been delivered. Please contact as soon as possible after receiving the order, firstname.lastname@example.org
