Shipping and delivery

Dear Waste delivers the Products as soon as possible after receiving the order.

International deliveries

We deliver international orders in partnership with GLS.

The product prices include the Finnish VAT (24%).

Delivery options and costs

When ordering to Finland the Customer may choose between delivery to a pick-up point or home delivery, and the order is shipped on the next working day at the latest.

Finland – standard shipping 5,90 – home delivery 9,90€– free shipping on orders over 100€.

EU and the rest of the world 10€ – free shipping on orders over 100€ 

The estimated delivery time to the EU countries is 3–7 working days and the rest of the world 5–11 working days. The package will be delivered to a local post office (in some countries the package will be delivered directly to you).

You can follow the delivery until the package is delivered to you. If the parcel has not been collected within the retention time, it will be returned to Dear Waste. Dear Waste will charge €10.00 to the Customer per order for uncollected shipping, which covers the shipping costs and any other expenses that Dear Waste incurs.

Order and shipping confirmation

You will get an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing the order.

Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 working days after placing the order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

All orders are shipped in a single delivery, if possible. If a product you order is temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will notify you immediately. In such cases, the product can be delivered separately once available.

Taxes and duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which have to be paid before you receive the goods.

Dear Waste cannot control this and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.

Broken or missing items during shipment

Dear Waste is responsible for the products during transport, e.g. if the product is lost or damaged. This is why it is recommended to check the package condition and check for any damage when the shipment is collected. If an item is damaged during transportation, please make a claim immediately to the post office. Please also contact us, [email protected] so that we can agree on a new delivery of the product.
